Velavit Viva Ceramid Caused Persistent Itching

I have been experiencing itching all over my body for approximately 7 to 10 days since I started using the product called Velavit Viva Ceramid, which I purchased from Zekeriyaköy Nar Pharmacy. This complaint began after I started using the product and has reached a very uncomfortable level.

After seeing similar complaints on Şikayetvar, I contacted the brand by email and reported the situation. I am requesting that the product be collected from me and examined. If it is clearly determined that there is no health risk associated with my use, I request that it be replaced with a new product. If it is determined that the product is not suitable for my use, I request a refund of the amount I paid.

I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
