For about one week, I have been using the Velavit Ceramide supplement that I purchased through Trendyol, taking one capsule per day. Since I started using the product, I have developed extremely severe itching and raised bumps on my body. The symptoms first appeared on my arms and then spread to my neck, shoulders, scalp, and legs. The itching is unbearable and continues to worsen every day.
I had previously used a ceramide supplement from another brand and did not experience any issues. After reading other user reviews, I realized that the symptoms I am experiencing may be caused by this product.
For this reason, I am stopping the product immediately, and I will have my liver enzyme levels tested tomorrow. Due to this serious adverse reaction, I am requesting that the product be urgently investigated, that a detailed and satisfactory explanation be provided regarding the health risks, that necessary precautions be taken to prevent similar cases, and that a refund be issued.
I ask that my complaint be taken seriously and that I receive a clear and written response regarding this health issue.
