Vaseline Lip Therapy Cocoa Butter – Uneven Product, Not Full

I bought Vaseline Lip Therapy Cocoa Butter from BİM just a few days ago, and I was extremely disappointed when I opened it. The product was completely uneven, with most of it pushed to one side of the container, leaving the other side almost empty! Not only does this look bad, but it also makes it difficult to use properly. I expected better quality control from Vaseline, as I had previously purchased the green version and was satisfied. Unfortunately, this time, I wasted my money on a defective product. Since I lost my receipt, I couldn't return it, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Vaseline needs to address this issue and ensure proper quality in all their products!
