Kosla Vanish Oxi Action Destroyed My Work Uniform and T-Shirt

I used Kosla Vanish Oxi Action in the pink packaging as a pre-treatment on two of my orange t-shirts. One was a Jack & Jones brand t-shirt, and the other was an orange polo collar work uniform I wear as an employee at the Directorate General of Coastal Safety. Following the instructions, I applied the product only as a brief pre-treatment, waited less than two minutes, and washed them on a short cycle at 30 degrees Celsius.

When I removed the clothes from the washing machine, I noticed color rings on both t-shirts, significant fading, and holes forming in the fabric. This was the first time I used this product on these two t-shirts, and I had never experienced an issue like this before. Because of this product, both my everyday t-shirt and my official work uniform have been rendered completely unusable.

I have not yet contacted the company and am submitting my initial complaint here. Due to the damage caused by the Vanish product, I demand compensation for my financial loss and invite you to technically inspect the product if needed. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible; otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
