I Used Vanish Oxi Action to Remove a Stain and It Ruined My T-Shirt

Yesterday, I used Vanish Oxi Action stain remover to eliminate a black stain on my yellow Lacoste t-shirt. I applied the product according to the instructions and washed the t-shirt, but when I took it out of the washing machine, I discovered a hole where the stain had been. Instead of removing the stain, the fabric in that area was torn, rendering the garment completely unusable.

My Lacoste t-shirt was in great condition, and I only used Vanish Oxi Action to remove a stain, but the process ended up ruining my clothing. This situation has caused me both financial and personal distress.

I demand that Vanish either reimburse me for the full value of my damaged yellow Lacoste t-shirt or provide a brand-new replacement of the same model and specifications. I request that my complaint be reviewed and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
