Vanish Stain Remover Damaged My New Mercerized Knit T-Shirt
I recently used Vanish stain remover on a brand new mercerized knit t-shirt, following all the usage instructions carefully. Unfortunately, the product not only discolored but also deformed the fabric, leaving the shirt in an unwearable state. Given that I used the stain remover exactly as directed, I believe Vanish should compensate for the damage. I've since discovered multiple similar complaints from other users, which only adds to my concern. I am awaiting a prompt response and a resolution from Vanish/Kosla for this issue.
