Valorant Won’t Launch Despite Reinstall and Repair – Crashes Back to Riot Client

I downloaded Valorant through Riot, but no matter how many times I’ve repaired, uninstalled, and reinstalled the game, it simply won’t launch. It gets stuck on the loading screen, then after a short wait, the game closes on its own and throws me back to the Riot Client. I haven’t even been able to play a single match since getting this new computer.
Here are my system specs for reference:
Device Name: DESKTOP-JG3P2TM
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H 2.30GHz
RAM: 16 GB
System Type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060
This system clearly exceeds Valorant's requirements, yet the game refuses to work. I expect Riot to offer a proper fix or at least give real support. It’s extremely disappointing that a widely played game like this is completely unplayable on modern hardware. I urgently request help to resolve this issue—I've done everything I can on my end.
