Every time I try to launch Valorant, I instantly get a blue screen crash with the error message: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED related to vgk.sys. I’ve spent hours trying to troubleshoot this issue on my own. My BIOS settings are configured correctly—CFG Lock is disabled, Secure Boot is enabled, CSM is off, and UEFI is selected. I even updated my BIOS and reinstalled both Vanguard and my GPU drivers, but nothing works.
This is incredibly frustrating because the game was working fine before, and now I can't even get past the startup screen without my entire system crashing. Riot needs to seriously address this issue. There are countless posts online from others with the same exact problem, yet there’s still no reliable solution or official acknowledgment from Riot.
I’ve tried every fix I could find on the internet. I shouldn't have to risk my entire system’s stability just to play a game. I’m asking Riot Games to take responsibility, properly patch this crashing bug, and issue a step-by-step solution for players like me who are completely locked out of Valorant because of Vanguard errors.
