I am expressing my concerns regarding the unjust ban of my Valorant account, which was permanently suspended due to accusations of using third-party software. I truly did not participate in any such actions and simply played the game as it was meant to be played. It’s really tough to come to terms with this situation, especially after putting in so much time, effort, and even financial support from my mother. The ban seems unfair, as I have never engaged in cheating or violated any rules. It’s disappointing to witness the absence of a thorough investigation prior to making such a significant decision. I enjoyed this account and the time I dedicated to the game, but this experience has unfortunately left me feeling disappointed. I truly wish for a fair resolution to this matter.
