My Valorant Account Permanently Banned For Using Third-party Software

My Valorant account has been permanently banned for "using third-party software," despite having no involvement in such activity. The account had already received a 72-hour suspension for a completely different reason, and during this suspension period, I did not log into the account at all. As evidence, all the matches I played are visible with their dates on the tracker application. This ban is completely unjustified. I request the removal of this ban because I have not used any third-party software. The authorities can connect to my computer and inspect it; I am confident they will find nothing. Once again, this incident has nothing to do with me, and I request the removal of this ban.
