Riot Games Wrongly Banned My Valorant Account and Hardware ID

On August 4, 2025, I received both a hardware (HWID) and account suspension on my Valorant account. I have never used any third-party software or applications that provide an unfair advantage, yet I faced a similar ban once before on the same device.

In this most recent case, Riot stated that the ban was based on player reports and an automatic gameplay review, but I can confidently say I did not violate any rules or gain any unfair benefit.

After the suspension, I contacted Riot Games Support and created a ticket (#116687*), but I only received an automatic reply with no real assistance. My Riot ID is kil*#58**. I also tried creating a new account on the same PC, but it was instantly restricted as well. My computer is a custom-built desktop, and I’m located in Istanbul. I have no payment history on this account.

This is not the first time I’ve been wrongfully banned despite following all of the game’s rules. The notification claims I violated the Terms of Service, but that is completely false. I am requesting that this unjust suspension be lifted and that my account access be restored immediately.
