On December 29, I realized that my Valorant account had been hacked without my permission. I immediately submitted a ticket to the Riot Games support team, reported the situation, and managed to recover my account.
However, during the time my account was compromised, the hacker used cheats while playing, which led to my account receiving a permanent ban. This punishment is completely unfair since the cheating was done by someone else who had gained unauthorized access to my account.
I have submitted 2–3 tickets regarding this issue (Ticket No: 117787531), but no proper solution has been offered, and support has not been helpful.
I have spent approximately ₺3,000 on my account, and I am extremely disappointed to lose all of that investment due to an issue beyond my control. My account was even renamed to a Russian username without my knowledge.
I request that Riot Games re-investigate my case and lift this unfair permanent ban. I expect my account to be restored and my grievance resolved as quickly as possible.
