However, as soon as I joined a match today, I was kicked out and received a message stating that I had been banned. I would like to request that Riot immediately lift this ban because I did not violate any rules or regulations. If the unjustified ban is not lifted, I demand a refund for the skins I purchased but was unable to fully utilize due to the ban. This is an incredibly frustrating situation. Players invest a significant amount of time and money into online games, and unjustified bans can result in financial loss and disappointment. It is critical for game developers to have clear and transparent policies and to thoroughly investigate any claims of rule violations before imposing penalties.
