Hello, I am a Valorant player, and I recently faced an unexpected and unjust ban in the game. Despite following all guidelines, I received a 100-hour ban after joining a competitive match. When I checked again 24 hours later, the ban had increased to 120 hours for no apparent reason. Additionally, my match history does not show that I participated in any competitive games, which only adds to the confusion. I had just reached level 20, and this ban has prevented me from progressing further.
