Two days ago, my Valorant account (Pohaca#ADT) was permanently banned. The initial reason given was the alleged use of third-party software, but I have never used any such tools. I filed a ticket and also contacted the support team via email to appeal. In their second response, they changed the reasoning to “cheat detection,” but again, I have never cheated or violated the rules.
From the beginning of this process, I have not been able to reach a proper representative, and the explanations I have received so far do not reflect the truth. My account has around 8,000–9,000₺ worth of skins, and I cannot accept that such a significant investment has been taken away due to a wrongful ban.
I request Riot Games to conduct a detailed re-investigation of my account and lift this unjust permanent ban. I expect this penalty to be corrected, as I did not engage in any actions that would justify such a severe punishment. I demand fairness and restoration of my account.
