After a virus infected my PC, all my gaming accounts were compromised. Thankfully, I managed to recover most of them—Spotify, Steam, Epic Games, and Ubisoft. However, no matter what I do, I can't get my Valorant account back. I've submitted support requests repeatedly and provided everything Riot Games asked for: my original email, the first agent I unlocked, my earliest VP transactions, the first skin I purchased—literally every detail proving ownership.
Still, every response I get is the same: "We can’t verify account ownership due to insufficient information." This is extremely frustrating and unfair. I’ve spent nearly ₺10,000 on that account and invested hundreds of hours building my profile. And now, despite giving solid proof, Riot refuses to help.
I’m emotionally and financially invested in this account. I’ve been fighting for a week straight to recover it, yet Riot’s support team keeps brushing me off without real investigation. This is unacceptable for a company of this size. I demand that Riot properly review my case, acknowledge the details I’ve provided, and return my account immediately. Players deserve better security and actual support when things go wrong.
