Utex Did Not Credit My Deposit and I Cannot Access My Funds

Today I funded my account on Utex, but the money was not credited. I refreshed the page several times and tried logging out of my account on the exchange, but unfortunately, that did not work either. Please help me resolve this issue, as I would like to understand what exactly went wrong.
