Bitget Wallet USDT Transfer to Spot Account Delayed on Aptos Network


I transferred USDT from my Bitget Wallet to my Bitget Spot account using the Aptos network. Although the transaction was marked as successful in my Bitget Wallet, the funds have not appeared in my Spot account even after four days.
Both wallets support the Aptos network, so I do not understand why this issue occurred. I need urgent assistance to resolve this matter and have my funds credited to the correct account.
Delays like this are frustrating and raise concerns about the platform's reliability. I expect Bitget to address this problem immediately and provide a clear explanation for the delay. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
