Been on the exchange for a while now, generally doing well. But today I tried to withdraw money from Utex to my account and it still hasn't arrived. Usually it always happened quickly, but now I've been waiting for several hours, so I'm a bit concerned. I would like to understand whether this is normal or some kind of error in the system?
