Although I have been using Utex for some time, their withdrawal procedure has suddenly become a horror. This is my second withdrawal request; once more, I have been waiting hours without any advancement. The transaction is still pending, and support has not provided me a clear response regarding when I will really get my money. Given other people I have seen complaining about the same problem, this seems to be somewhat typical. Waiting this long only to access my own money irritates me. A trustworthy exchange should not keep consumers in the dark; it should execute withdrawals fast. Should you are considering Utex, expect delays. My experience would lead me not to advise it.
