A year after purchasing a U.S. Polo Assn. t-shirt, it shrank by 5 cm, developed a hole near the left shoulder, and the collar area faded. I sent it for a technical inspection, but they returned it unchanged, claiming it wouldn't shrink if washed correctly – completely disregarding the hole and fading issues.
Despite washing this shirt identically to my other U.S. Polo Assn. shirts of the same color, using the same detergent and temperature settings, this one still shrank terribly (see photo below). As a loyal customer who has purchased at least 20 items from this brand over the years, their dismissive attitude upon my first issue has completely shattered my trust. I will not be buying from U.S. Polo Assn. again after this disappointing experience.
