This delay caused me significant inconvenience, as I was unable to use or replace the damaged product. When I followed up, they finally provided the address and assisted with the warranty process. However, after examination, they claimed the damage was due to improper use. I request that the delay in handling the issue for this 2-3 week-old product be acknowledged and resolved by them.
