U.S. Polo Assn. Cardigan Faded and Deformed After First 30°C Wash

The cardigan I bought from the U.S. Polo Assn. online store faded and became deformed after the first 30°C wash, despite following the care instructions on the label. I contacted customer service, and they promised to send me the return address for assistance. I waited for two weeks without any response, which can be confirmed by voice recordings. This delay caused me significant inconvenience, as I was unable to use or replace the damaged product. When I followed up, they finally provided the address and assisted with the warranty process. However, after examination, they claimed the damage was due to improper use. I request that the delay in handling the issue for this 2-3 week-old product be acknowledged and resolved by them.
