I purchased the Urban Care Dry Shampoo just 12 days ago. I've used it only three times, and now it seems to be malfunctioning. Instead of providing the expected dry shampoo, it dispenses water and gas, rendering it completely ineffective. This has been a major disappointment, especially considering I didn't anticipate such issues from Urban Care products. Unfortunately, I didn't retain the receipt, which complicates the situation. Without the receipt, I won't be able to obtain a refund from the store where I made the purchase. This is particularly frustrating because this product is quite expensive for a student like me.
