UPS Turkey Account Blocked Without Reason and Double Payment Issue
Since November 2024, I have been working with UPS as a business operating in Ankara. My account was blocked without any explanation, and because of this, I am unable to process my shipments. I have called customer service multiple times and spoken with several different representatives. Each time, I was told, “We are forwarding your request to the relevant department, please wait for a response,” but no actual solution has been provided.
Because of this account block, one of my employees had to pay for a shipment using the company card. Later, when the invoice arrived, the same shipment was billed again and a duplicate payment was made. Even though I requested a refund for the overpayment, I was only told that it was “under review” and that I should wait. As of now, I have paid an extra amount equal to an international shipping fee.
I expect UPS to refund the extra payment and to urgently lift the block on my account. I want this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
