UPS Delivery Delay: 4-Day Hold Up, Tracking Shows "Out for Delivery"
The package was given to UPS on February 26th. Today is the fourth day, and my package has not been delivered yet. Even though the tracking status shows the package has been out for delivery for the past 4 days, there's still no sign of it. Yesterday, I got a message informing me that the delivery has been postponed to a later date. This level of irresponsibility and laxity is truly unparalleled. Is this behavior acceptable in the United States or European countries? I seriously question it. You struggle to deliver a package only 16 km away. This level of incompetence is not up to par for a global delivery service such as UPS. I insist on taking immediate action to address this delay and guarantee the timely delivery of my package.
