UPS Delivery Attempt Recorded Even Though No One Came
On September 22, 2026, I received messages from UPS Türkiye regarding my package with tracking number 1Z0J7Y376800006719 stating that the courier had come to my address but was unable to reach me. However, no one came to my address that day. There was no knock on the door and I did not receive any phone call. Despite this, the system shows the shipment as if a delivery attempt had been made but I could not be reached.
Although the sender is listed as Buzsu Arıtma Sistemleri, the message from UPS Türkiye states that I could not be reached for delivery. Marking a shipment as “recipient unavailable” without actually coming to the address is misleading and causes unnecessary loss of time.
I request that my package be genuinely brought to my address and delivered as soon as possible, that inaccurate delivery notes of this kind not be recorded again, and that the matter be investigated and the outcome communicated to me.
