My Apple Order Delivery Delayed by UPS
I was expecting my Apple order to be delivered on January 10, 2025, but UPS tracking now shows that the delivery has been rescheduled for a later date. The tracking page is absurdly repetitive, stating, "Arrived at the facility, departed the facility" over and over again. Is this some kind of joke? How am I supposed to plan my day when I’m stuck waiting indefinitely for your convenience? This level of service is unacceptable. I’ve already waited long enough, and I need this issue resolved immediately. UPS, stop playing games and deliver my order on time. Apple, please ensure that your logistics partner provides the level of service customers deserve!
