Umingle Permanently Banned My Account After A Misunderstood Joke

My Umingle account with the ban ID 03e7843c has just been permanently blocked today. The blocking happened after I made an inappropriate joke to a stranger by saying that I was 16 years old, even though my real age is 20. I understand that this joke is not appropriate, can be misunderstood, and is against the platform rules. I had no bad intentions and I was only trying to have fun and meet new friends on Umingle. I realize that my behavior caused a misunderstanding and I fully admit my mistake. I sincerely apologize for this incident and for violating the community guidelines. Through this complaint I respectfully ask Umingle to review my case and reconsider the permanent ban on my account. I hope this can be seen as a one-time error of judgment and not a reflection of my true intentions as a user who wants to use Umingle properly. If possible, I request that my account ban be lifted or the sanction be reduced, and I am willing to comply with all applicable rules in the future so that similar incidents do not happen again.
