Umingle Underage Ban and Unban Payment Request

I have been using Umingle with my Gmail account and although I am 23 years old, today my account was suddenly banned on the grounds that I am “under 18.” When I try to access my account, I see a “You are banned – Under 18” message and the site offers an “Instant Unban” option for a payment, instead of properly fixing the age verification error. I am of legal age and I have been incorrectly classified as a minor, which prevents me from using my account. I request that my age status be reviewed correctly and that my account ban be removed without any extra payment, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so I can continue using the service.
