Umingle Support Has Not Resolved My Incorrect IP Ban

I use Umingle from my home Wi‑Fi connection and today I found that my IP address has been banned, even though I did not do anything to justify such a sanction and believe someone else must have misused it or set it up incorrectly. After noticing the problem, I contacted Umingle support, but despite this my access is still blocked and I have not been given a meaningful solution. I am currently unable to use the platform from my home connection and this is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my IP ban be reviewed urgently, that the situation be investigated in case of any misuse, and that the ban on my IP address be lifted so that I can continue using Umingle normally.
