Umingle Requires 149 PHP to Remove My Account Ban

I am writing regarding the Umingle app, which has suddenly banned my account even though I am using the free version and was never clearly informed about the rules that would lead to a ban. When I try to log in, I see a “You are banned” message with Ban ID 61eae573 and the stated reason “Gender Searching.” On the same screen, the app offers an “Instant Unban” option for 149 Philippine pesos via credit card payment. I do not agree with being banned without a clear, previously communicated rule explanation, and I find it very problematic that I am being asked to pay money just to regain access to my account. I request that my account ban under Ban ID 61eae573 be removed without any payment, that the “Instant Unban” payment request be cancelled in my case, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of what exact behaviour supposedly violated your rules. I also ask you to review this practice of requesting payment for unbanning, as it creates a very unfair experience for users.
