WhatsApp Permanent Ban After Repeated 24-Hour Restrictions

My WhatsApp account registered with the phone number +27 66 259 32** has been permanently banned as of 20 August 2026, and I do not accept this situation because I have not misused the application in any way. Since July 2026, my account was repeatedly restricted with a warning telling me to try again after 24 hours, but I was not informed clearly about any concrete violation. Despite this, I continued to use WhatsApp in a normal and lawful way, only for personal and everyday communication, without spamming, bulk messaging, or any behaviour that could be considered abuse. On 20 August 2026, my access was completely blocked with the message saying that this account cannot use WhatsApp and that the number has violated the Terms of Service. When I contacted WhatsApp support, I was told that the account was misused and that I cannot appeal this decision, without any explanation of what kind of misuse is being claimed or any opportunity to defend myself. I am shocked by this decision and I feel it is unfair and unjustified, as I genuinely believe I have not violated the Terms of Service. I kindly request a thorough review of my account, a clear explanation of the specific reason for this ban, and the reactivation of my WhatsApp number +27 66 259 32** if no concrete and valid violation can be shown.
