Umingle Keeps My Webcam and Microphone Blocked Despite Being Active
For about three days I have not been visible on webcam to other users on Umingle, even though my camera appears as active, and other people also cannot hear me. I access the site from a PC using Google Chrome. I have tried to solve the problem on my side but nothing has changed and the situation remains the same. I would like you to check if my account has been blocked or limited in any way and to clearly explain the reason if a restriction exists. I kindly ask you to review my account as soon as possible, remove any unjustified block if present, and help me restore normal webcam and audio use on Umingle.
