Umingle Black Screen Shadowban
I'm having an ongoing problem on the Umingle web platform that looks like a shadowban. For about a month, when I connect with other people, they only see a black screen and cannot hear me, even though my camera and audio are working on my side. I'm a real person and I only play guitar or sometimes show a game on the screen while my camera with my face is visible. I use OBS with a greenscreen, a second camera angle and some text, and my content is not sexual. In the past, my account was flagged for “sexual content” and I paid for unbans even though I was only playing guitar. The problem used to disappear after a few days and then return, but this time it has lasted more than a week and I still appear to be shadow-banned. I see other users showing games with their camera on in a similar way without any issues, so I do not understand why my account is repeatedly flagged. I have emailed Umingle support about this but have not received any response. I request that my account be reviewed, that the shadowban be removed, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this keeps happening. I also want assurance that this will not happen again in the future without a valid and justified reason.
