Umingle Instant Unban Scam Error
I am writing regarding my Umingle account registered with the email address chloexs***@gmail.com. My account has once again been banned even though I have not violated any of the platform rules, and I request that this situation be reviewed and corrected. My current ban ID is f95d679f. This latest ban started about two days ago and is still active. Yesterday, the ban reason shown on the screen was “explicit message,” and now it has changed to “gender searching.” I did not send any explicit messages, I did not harass anyone, and I did not intentionally break any rule related to gender searching. Despite this, I am repeatedly banned, and each time the ban reason appears inconsistent and unclear. On the ban screen, there is also an “Instant Unban” option that asks for payment in Philippine Pesos. I find it unfair and worrying to be asked to pay money to remove a ban that I believe is unjustified and likely based on a wrong or automated decision. I have not received any helpful response or explanation from Umingle about my previous bans, and no one has assisted me in resolving this ongoing issue. I kindly request that my ban with ID f95d679f be investigated in detail, that the related chat logs and any reports about me be carefully checked, and that my account be unbanned without any payment if no real violation is found. I also ask for a clear and detailed explanation of why I was banned with such different reasons, so that I can continue using the platform without fear of being unfairly banned again.
