Umingle Incorrectly Banning My Account

I am writing regarding my Umingle web platform account associated with the email address louisgabriel****@gmail.com, which was banned a few days ago. I received a ban notice stating that my account was suspended for being under 18 years old. This decision is incorrect, as I am above the legal age required to use the platform. I have not been given any opportunity to verify my age or to clarify this situation, and my account has remained inaccessible since the ban notice. I request that my Umingle account be reactivated as soon as possible and that my age be re-verified so this misunderstanding can be resolved. In addition, I would like a clear apology from Umingle for wrongly labelling me as underage and restricting my access without proper verification. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed urgently and that I be informed about the steps taken to restore my account.
