Umingle Falsely Bans Adult Viewer for Being Underage After Child Appears on Camera

I have been using Umingle as a viewer, and on August 28 my account was suddenly banned with the stated reason “under 18”. During the stream I was simply watching content when my niece briefly appeared on camera by accident for a short moment. I am an adult user over 18 years old, and there was no intention to violate any of the platform rules. After the ban, a screen appeared saying I had been banned for being under 18 and offering an “instant unban” in exchange for a payment of 99 ₹ / 5.99 €. I find it both unfair and worrying that my account was banned as if I were underage just because a child appeared accidentally for a brief moment, and that I am being asked to pay to remove the ban. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible without any payment, as I am over 18 and the situation was clearly an accident. I also ask that this kind of automatic ban and pay-to-unban system be reviewed so that adult users are not unfairly penalized in similar situations.
