Umingle Video Call Bug: Black Screen

I have been experiencing a constant problem with one of Umingle’s features for about two weeks. Whenever I open the feature and connect with my partner, they only see a black screen from my side, it shows me in another location, and they cannot hear me at all. However, on my own device everything appears normal and my camera seems to be working correctly. This problem occurs every single time I try to use the feature, while it works properly for other people I know. Because of this, I cannot use the feature as intended and it is affecting my experience on the platform. I kindly request that this bug be investigated and fixed specifically for my account or device, so that my partner can see and hear me correctly and the location information is displayed accurately, just like it works for other users.
