Umingle Shadow Banned My IP Due to Faulty Face Detection System

I am writing to report a serious problem I have experienced on the Umingle website, which has resulted in my IP address being shadow banned even though I have not violated any rules. Your camera system repeatedly claimed it could not detect our faces, even though the lights were on and we moved closer to the camera multiple times to comply with the requirements. Despite doing everything correctly, the system kept insisting it could not see our faces, and after these repeated attempts my IP ended up shadow banned. I later learned that many other users report similar issues with Umingle’s AI and camera detection system, which suggests this is a technical problem rather than user misuse. This issue started about three days ago and affects all browsers I use, including Waterfox, and persists no matter which browser I try. I am accessing the site from Australia, and there is no available contact or support channel on Umingle that I can reach to resolve this, which leaves me completely blocked without any way to defend myself or explain the situation. I request that you urgently remove the shadow ban on my IP address and restore my access to Umingle, as I have done nothing wrong to deserve this ban. In addition, I ask that you review and fix the camera and AI detection system so that users are not unfairly penalized due to technical errors.
