Umingle Banned My Account and Demanded Payment to Remove the Ban

I am writing regarding an unfair ban on my Umingle account and the subsequent request for payment to remove it. Today my account was banned after someone tried to make me type “m15”. I did not understand this request fully, and shortly after that my account was banned. After the ban, Umingle asked me to purchase a premium service in order to remove the ban. I find it unacceptable that I am asked to pay for a premium membership just to regain access to my account, especially when the situation was triggered by another user trying to make me type something suspicious. I request that my ban be removed without any payment requirement, that my account be reinstated, and that I be clearly informed why I was banned in the first place. I also ask that no user be forced to pay for premium merely to resolve a ban that may have resulted from the actions of other users.
