Umingle Banned My Account Again for Inappropriate Content Without Proof

I have been using the Umingle mobile app since around August 2024 from the Philippines. I recently tried to return to the platform and was banned again for “inappropriate content,” even though I did not show or share anything inappropriate. I had previously been banned around February 2026, after which I stopped using the app and website for a while. Today, at about 2:53 AM, I logged in again using my home Wi‑Fi on the mobile app, and in less than 30 minutes my account was banned once more with the same “inappropriate content” reason, without any clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I have never contacted Umingle support before about this and am now requesting that my account be carefully reviewed, that the ban be lifted, and that I be provided with a specific, detailed explanation of the exact reason and content that led to this ban. I would like this situation to be investigated so that any mistake in the automated or manual moderation process can be corrected and so I know how to use the app in full compliance with the rules.
