Umingle Banned Me for Under-18 Before I Even Logged In – Why?
I visited the Umingle website for the first time on Thursday, 2 July 2026, at around 14:00. I had not created an account, logged in, or used the service before, and I had not turned on my camera or shared any personal data. Despite this, a notification suddenly appeared stating that my account was banned and that I was allegedly under 18. I find this situation very confusing and concerning, as I had not even logged in or provided any information that could indicate my age. I would like Umingle to clearly explain on what basis this ban was made, how you determined that I am under 18 without having my data, and to provide concrete evidence supporting this decision. I kindly request a detailed explanation of the reason for this ban and clarification on what data, if any, was collected and used to reach this conclusion. I also expect this issue to be reviewed urgently and, if the ban was made in error, that any restriction related to my access be removed.
