Banned From Umingle For Being Under 18

I have been using the Umingle website and on 23 June 2026 my account was suddenly banned with the message that I was “banned for being under 18.” However, I am 18 years old, so I do not understand why this decision was taken or what it is based on. I kindly request that my account and the ban decision be reviewed and that I be given a clear explanation of the exact reason and criteria for this ban. I want to understand what information or action led to the conclusion that I am under 18 so that I can correct any possible mistake or misunderstanding.
