Umingle Banned as Under 18 at 19

I am a 19‑year‑old user of the Umingle website and today I suddenly received a “You are banned” message when trying to use the site. The screen shows Ban ID 09fb6a9c and states that the reason is “Under 18”, which is not correct in my case. On the same page, Umingle asks me to pay ₹99 for “Instant Unban” in order to remove this ban. I find it unfair and unacceptable that I am wrongly marked as underage and then asked to pay money just to restore my access. I request that my account and access to the Umingle website be unbanned immediately without any payment, and that my age status be corrected, as I am 19 years old.
