Umingle Ban Appeal for Ban ID af982d9a

Hello Umingle Support, My Umingle web account was banned on 11 October at around 12:49 AM with the reason shown as “Gender Searching” (Ban ID: af982d9a). I believe this is a misunderstanding. I was only trying to find a girl I had previously been chatting with whose name started with the letter “M”. For this purpose, I typed the letter “M” only once. I did not intend to search for users based on gender, nor was I deliberately trying to violate any of your rules. I kindly request that you review this ban decision, lift the ban on my account and restore my access without requiring any payment, since my action was not an intentional breach of your policies.
