Umingle Account Suspended for False Under 18 Detection

I'm an Umingle user and my account registered with the email address ranitungk***@gmail.com was suddenly banned on 9 July 2026. The only reason shown is that I “under 18” but I already 23 years old. Now, whenever I try to log in, the screen only shows that I banned and I cannot access my account at all. I request that my age status and ban decision be reviewed as soon as possible and that my Umingle account be fully reactivated if there is no other valid reason for a ban.
