Umingle Account Blocked After Typing "m15" and Asked to Pay

I am an active user of the Umingle app on my Android phone (Redmi Note 8), and some time ago my account was suddenly blocked unfairly. Within the app, an unknown user contacted me and instructed me to type the message "m15." I did not know that typing "m15" would have negative consequences, and I simply followed the instructions of that unknown user. Immediately after I sent the message, my Umingle account was blocked, and the app began asking me to pay a certain amount of money. This is the first time I have experienced a problem like this on Umingle, and it happened about ten minutes before I wrote this complaint. I have not made any payment or agreed to any charges related to this incident because I believe I was trapped and deceived by someone I did not know within the app. My main request is that my Umingle account be unblocked immediately without requiring any payment, as I did not intentionally violate any rules and I believe I did nothing wrong. I also request that all charges and payment requests related to this incident be canceled and removed, and that you investigate and block the unknown user who tricked me into typing "m15" so that other users do not experience the same problem.
