Umingle Banned My Account After Another User Tricked Me Into Typing a Code

I am an adult user of Umingle and my account is registered with the email address **mahirahumair****@gmail.com**. My account has never previously had any issues or violations, but last night it was suddenly banned after I became a victim of fraud from another user inside the application. In the chat conversation, that user said there was “something” with the code (m15) and asked me to type that code. I did not know that this code was a violation or could trigger any sanctions. However, immediately after I typed “(m15)” as requested, my account was banned by the Umingle system on my iPhone. I feel disadvantaged because I had no intention of breaking any rules and was instead deceived by another user who clearly took advantage of my lack of knowledge about the meaning of that code. I am also above the age limit required to use Umingle, so there is no age falsification from my side. Through this complaint, I kindly ask Umingle to review my case, remove any violation record caused by this incident, and restore access to my account. I also hope that Umingle will investigate and take appropriate action against the user who tricked me, so that other users do not experience the same thing in the future.
