Umingle Account Banned For 'Disruptive Behavior'

I recently discovered that my Umingle account has been banned, even though the last time I used the app was about a month ago. When I tried to log in today, I was met with a screen stating that my account is banned for “disruptive behavior,” along with a Ban ID and an option for an “Instant Unban” only if I pay 39,900 Rp by credit card. I have never engaged in disruptive behavior on the platform; I only used the app to talk to people in a normal, respectful way. I was not previously warned, and I was not given any clear explanation of what concrete action supposedly violated the rules. I find it especially unfair that the only way offered to recover my account is by making a payment. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the ban be lifted without any payment, and that I be informed clearly about what led to this decision. I expect Umingle to restore my access and ensure that users are not forced to pay in order to regain their accounts when they have not knowingly violated any rules.
