Umingle Account Banned by Mistake for Being Under 18,  Incorrect Age Verification

I have been using the Umingle website for video chatting, and today I suddenly discovered that my account had been banned. When I tried to access the website, I received a message stating that I was under 18 years old, even though I am turning 21 this year. My Umingle account is registered with the email address f*****@gmai.com. I believe this ban was issued by mistake because I am over 18 years of age and fully meet the minimum age requirement to use the service. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my age be verified, and the ban be removed as soon as possible so that I can regain access to my account and continue using Umingle for video chatting.
